Donation Application

Criteria

We ask that your organization is registered as a non-profit organization, that the donation is used within the Lubbock area, and that you submit your request at least 2 weeks before the event. Requests are taken on a case by case basis. If you’d like to be considered, simply fill out the form so we can learn a bit more about your organization.
